Join your organization

Use your administrator’s invitation link. After requesting access, open My account to check approval. Your administrator then assigns your classes.

Can’t sign in?

Use a saved recovery code. If you have no code, contact your administrator. Contact email is not verified and cannot reset your password. Never share your password or recovery code in a support request.

Need help?

Contact the person who invited you. Include the page, approximate time and error message, but no student information.

Attendance

Select the Sunday and class before marking attendance. Away applies to that Sunday only. Wait for “Attendance saved”; if saving fails, keep the page open and retry after reconnecting. Reloading can discard unsaved edits.

Privacy

Ask your organization administrator about corrections, export and deletion. Read how data is handled.
